RACHEL SPIEGELMAN Chief Executive Officer
Rachel has been leading the breathtaking growth at Pitch since the very beginning, when the advertising agency was launched in 2008. Now, as Pitch’s CEO, she is the living, breathing embodiment of the agency’s working philosophy that demands a ‘Return on Creativity’.

Rachel has been instrumental in Pitch’s year-over-year success – recognized by Advertising Age on their prestigious “Agency to Watch” list and with two of their “Best of the Decade” campaign awards. In 2016, Rachel was named one of Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising.

Before Pitch, Rachel held a variety of marketing positions in the entertainment field from 20th Century Fox to MTV Networks and is now a proud member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

A born and bred Jersey girl, Rachel has found a true appreciation for the left coast as she raises two Cali-boys with her husband and their golden retriever, Frankie, who is also the agency mascot and greeter, proudly commanding the floor at Pitch.


MICHAEL KADIN Chief Creative Officer
Michael joined Pitch in early 2016 as the agency’s Chief Creative Officer and brings with him over 20 years of award-winning experience. Michael’s goal at Pitch is simple: to harness the creative potential of every single person at the company.

Michael’s work has been recognized in the form of awards like Cannes Lions, D&AD pencils, Andy’s, AICP, and One Show, to name a few. He has personally been identified by Advertising Age on their “Creativity 50” list of marketing innovators.

Before joining Pitch, Michael served as Executive Creative Director at Deutsch, where he spent over a decade helping build and lead the creative department across all disciplines. Under his business driving leadership, Volkswagen saw its sales volume double in just 3 years, and satellite television provider DIRECTV experienced 14 consecutive quarters of growth. He created the highest rated Super Bowl spot of all-time “The Force”, and pioneered the practice of releasing Super Bowl spots ahead of the big game.

When Michael's not working at Pitch creating advertising, he spends his time collecting it, or not talking about it with his wife and two amazing daughters.


SARA BAMOSSY Chief Strategy Officer
Sara is Pitch’s fearless strategic leader. She brings a broad range of brand and retail experience across global clients including Toyota, P&G, Cadbury, General Mills, and Square Enix. Sara’s specialty is a deep understanding of a wide range of consumer groups and has been consulted by publications such as Ad Age and Forbes for her expertise on Millennials and Boomers. Previously with Saatchi & Saatchi, Sara's strategic thinking has inspired campaigns that have earned numerous industry awards including a Gold Jay Chiat Award, two Effies, and a Cannes Gold Cyber Lion. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA and completed the distinguished EPWL program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Sara’s personal metric for a well-lived life is a passport full of stamps. She loves travel, as well as coming home and approaching everything with fresh eyes and new ideas.


Pej is the behind-the-scenes financial wizard who makes sure Pitch runs like a well-oiled creative machine. He leads the agency’s finance and operations teams and has been instrumental in expanding the production department, and the launch of the agency's post-production studio, Bicep Productions. Before joining Pitch in January 09, Pej worked in mergers, acquisitions and financial restructurings for leading investment banking firms Houlihan Lokey and USBX, and later leveraged his years of financial experience to help launch H.D. Buttercup, one of the largest furniture retailers in Los Angeles, where he served as CFO. A native Los Angeleno, Pej has an MBA from USC and spends his free time with his wife and 3 children for as long as they can put up with him.


JON BANKS Chairman
Jon is the driving force behind Pitch by setting the tone and fueling the purpose of the agency. His deep strategic relationships with many Fortune 500 brands and all major studios, leagues, networks, labels, and publishers have helped Pitch become one of the fastest growing and hottest advertising agencies in the country. His creative accomplishments have been recognized with numerous awards including the Grand Prix Titanium Cannes Lions and two of Ad Age's "Best Campaigns of the Decade."

A California native and graduate of UCLA, Jon co-founded Pitch after serving as Co-CEO of Equity Marketing, a leading branded entertainment and marketing services agency. When he isn’t immersed in advertising, he is brainwashing his daughters into becoming fans of his alma mater.
