SARA BAMOSSY Co-CEO
With over 20 years of agency experience, strategy is kind of Sara’s thing. As our Co-CEO and fearless strategic leader, Sara brings a broad range of brand and retail experience in categories including auto, tech, luxury/hospitality, QSR, CSR, pharma, and gaming. She’s been consulted by publications such as Ad Age, Business Insider, and Forbes for her expertise and unique point of view on an array of subjects ranging from innovation strategy to brand identity to data and creativity. During her career, Sara has earned numerous industry awards including a Cannes Gold Cyber Lion, a Gold Jay Chiat Award, and two Effies. Most recently, she’s been named one of The Internationalist's Innovators of the Year.
Before Pitch, Sara was at Saatchi & Saatchi, working in the LA, Sydney, London, and Paris offices with large global brands like Toyota, P&G, and Kraft. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA and completed the distinguished EPWL program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Outside of the office her proudest possession is her passport, which she loves to fill up with as many stamps as possible. In fact, if she could travel the world with her husband whilst doing yoga and watching sunsets, she would do it in a heartbeat.
Marisstella Marinkovic Co-CEO
Marisstella is a successful strategic thinker who’s passionate about brand building. As our Co-CEO, she brings to the table over two-and-a-half decades of experience working on some of the world’s biggest brands. She’s an executive with a proven track record of developing effective, award-winning campaigns, innovative digital efforts, and retail solutions while providing business and creative solutions through passion and collaboration. Marisstella’s work with global brands such as Toyota, Hyundai, and Hankook has earned her numerous industry awards including Cannes Gold Lions, Effies, One Show Pencils, Clios, and New York Film Festival awards. Prior to PITCH, she was the SVP, Managing Director at Innocean USA. She provided inspirational brand leadership, as well as stewardship, of the agency along with other key members of the leadership team.
Marisstella has an infectious positive energy that fills a room as soon as she walks in. When she’s not working, she loves spending quality time with her husband and two kids. Fun fact: In Croatian “Marisstella” literally translates to “unrelenting ball of energy who gets things done.” OK, that’s a lie, but when you meet Marisstella you’ll realize it could certainly be true.
Carissa Levine Creative Director
Carissa has been working in the advertising industry for about 15 years. She enjoys working across all channels and finds the places where they intersect to be the most fun. She’s worked on some of the biggest and most interesting brands such as, Marvel, NFL, Activision, Hyundai, Samsung, and Royal Caribbean, to name a few.
Carissa genuinely loves advertising. For her, it’s all about creating great work that gets talked about, helping the brands grow and become part of pop culture in the process. Her award-winning work has been recognized throughout the industry, including co-writing the Hyundai Super Bowl spot “First Date” starring Kevin Hart, which won USA TODAY’s Super Bowl Ad Meter. She was also fortunate enough to have been selected as one of the 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising by Business Insider.
When she’s not making ads, she enjoys running, which is good because she has two young daughters to keep up with.
José Eslinger Creative Director
As a young boy growing up in Ensenada, México, José dreamt of being the best damn astronaut the world would ever see. When that didn’t work out (he’s scared of heights), he settled on doing good for the world in the other only obvious way possible: advertising. He has a decade of experience working on some of the world’s biggest, most exciting brands like Hyundai, the NFL, Samsung, Activision, Marvel, Infiniti and the Grammys.
He’s passionate about making people smile and controlling their minds so they’ll buy (insert brand here)’s product or service. José was super fortunate and humbled to be named to the prestigious AdWeek Creative 100 list and he also co-wrote the Hyundai Super Bowl spot “First Date” starring Kevin Hart, which won USA TODAY’s Super Bowl Ad Meter.
When he’s not making ads, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, two boys, two dogs, goldfish and 62 pairs of sneakers (and counting…).
Evelyn Borgatta Vice President
A native Californian, Evelyn has over 20 years of agency experience working for some of the best agencies in Los Angeles. Her client experience includes Red Bull, TABASCO®, Nissan Motors, ampm, ARCO, Quiznos, Round Table Pizza, Home Savings of America Bank, LifeProof and OtterBox, Brookfield Properties, Honma Golf USA and Wise Foods. Evelyn deeply cares about delivering impactful work and passionately leads teams in doing just that. She is a strategic partner for her clients and driven leader for the agency team. Her intelligence, perseverance and can-do leadership style consistently leads to work that breaks through and drives business results for clients. Outside of work, Evelyn keeps busy with her fifteen-year old son, spending a majority of her free time at one of his soccer games, swim meets or supporting his band. Being of Italian heritage, she loves to cook and bake. She has completed six triathlons and loves playing tennis.
